Class 3 (Year 2 & 3)
Welcome to Class 3, led by Mrs Littler and Mrs Johnson (Class Teachers)
This term our theme is ‘Water Water’, where we will be investigating and comparing different habitats and identifying the plants and animals that can be found living there. We will explore our local river and compare it to a coastal area in the UK and in France. We will identify and compare the different features and develop our map skills as well.
To enhance our learning we will be travelling to Skegness by train, to identify and map the different features, carry out field work and learn more about the things that live in our seas and oceans when we visit the Aquarium.
We will also be using the skills we learn in PE to take part in a variety of festivals and sports tournaments with children from other schools
We are excited about all the lovely learning that the class will be engaged in and we are sure that we will have an exciting an action packed summer term.
