Our pupils love to remember the time they spent at Dudley House School. One of our recent leavers has had a memory bear created. Doesn’t it look super.

Carol Singing in the Community

This morning, some of the children enjoyed singing a mixture of festive songs and carols to our neighbours at Martin Court.

We had an amazing day planning and preparing a Roman Banquet today in Class 3. We learnt about what Romans used to eat. Stuffed dormice, roasted hare, snails and giblets (animal intestines) were firm favourites with the Romans! However, we opted for Roman Carrots with a sweet and sour sauce followed by Roman Honey Biscuits. Class 3 prepared and baked both recipes and all worked excellently as a team! At the end of the afternoon we sat down – Roman style on a rug – to enjoy our feast!

Class 3 & 4 Go Cheerleading

Class 3 and 4 went to Priory Ruskin to join other primary schools for a day of cheer-leading. They had great fun and really enjoyed the day! Our young leaders, Peyton and Scarlett, welcomed us and organised some warm up games for us to play while we waited for everyone to arrive. We learnt a marching routine, composed a chant to represent our school and also developed a stunt routine involving bases, flyers and spotters.

Class 1 Visit The Teaspoon Cafe

Class 1 really enjoyed their visit to The Teaspoon Café on the High Street this afternoon. They really looked after us and made us feel very welcome. Class 1 would certainly recommend them! We tried some of the treats they had to offer including gingerbread tea and baby mochaccinos. We are very proud to say that all children remembered their manners.
