Water
All children are encouraged to have a water bottle in school and can access this throughout the school day.
Fruit Snacks
We encourage children to bring a fruit snack to eat each morning at break time which often gives them a boost of energy to keep them going until lunch.
Lunches
Children should bring a healthy, balanced packed lunch with them to eat at school. A lunchtime drink may be included, but not fizzy drinks or cans, alternatively they can drink their water.
