Class 4 Geography Challenge

Class 4 had a geography focus for their brain builder homework this term. They had a choice of activities linked to rivers and presented these this week to the class. We all really enjoyed stories about a pebble’s journey down a river, loved playing the creative board games they had designed and were all winners in the quiz!

 

Class 2 Get Ready for Christmas

Class 2 decorated their Christmas tree and then enjoyed a book by the fire.

Cheerleading Festival

Today, class 3 and 4 had a fabulous time at Cheerleading. They learnt a variety of routines and stunts and at the end put all the elements together in a group performance. Well done to everyone and thank you to the young ambassadors and Beth for all your help.

Class 2 and the Dinosaurs!

Class 2 have been reading Harry and his Bucketful of Dinosaurs and were very excited when they thought a dinosaur had found their way into the classroom to lay eggs.

Class 4 Science

Today Class 4 made a potato circuit in science. They were amazed that the LED lit up without a battery!

Class 3 Assembly

Class 3 enjoyed sharing the story of ‘The Great Wall’ and what they had learnt about fables with parents and friends during their class assembly last week. They gave a superb performance. Well done.

Class 2 Bee Bots

Class 2 have been learning how to programme ‘Bee Bots’ as part of our toy topic.

Class 2 Explore Maps

Class 2 have been exploring maps by creating a map of Little Red Riding Hood’s trip to Grandma’s house.

Friday Club

In Friday Club we have been having lots of fun over the last couple of weeks, creating amazing things.

Children In Need

Today we raised funds for Children In Need and the children especially liked giving money for cookies and cakes which they then decorated. Thank you to the School Council for organising and hosting this event. They also organised a competition and it was lovely to see all the amazing Pudsey Bandana designs that the children had created. Well done A for your winning design.
