Class 4 Bake Jam Tarts

The pupils in Class 4 have been making and evaluating jam tarts today. They made tarts using their own pastry, devising their own recipe, used ready-made pastry and compared them to ready-made jam tarts. They commented on taste, appearance and packaging. Surprisingly all the children scored the tarts they had made the highest. Some tarts have been frozen for Mother’s Day tea next month.
