A Roman Feast

Class 3’s Roman Feast Preparations

It is all go with vegetarian stuffed dormice preparation! Slicing and chopping and dicing and mixing and heating and thickening and flavouring and tasting! We know dormice are small, but these will be gone in one mouthful. However, that does mean less mess –as there will not be a knife or fork in sight tomorrow and we will be lying down in the Triclinium. (see Gallery for more pictures)
