Handwriting Competition Winners

This term the children have been working hard to improve their handwriting and to present their work neatly. Children carefully copied a poem in their neatest handwriting and have also been encouraged to maintain the same standard in their books
This morning the winners were announced and given two cinema tickets each to enjoy a film of their choice at the local Savoy cinema.

Golden Book Achievers

Well done to the children who were In the Golden Book today and also to those who recieved a Bronze certificate for collecting 20 stickers.

Harvest Festival

This morning in their Harvest Festival, the children retold the story of a lazy farmer who learnt that he had to work in partnership with God to successfully grow crops to feed the villagers.
Afterwards the older children packed up the harvest donations and took 102.8kg of food and toiletries to Grantham Foodbank – enough to feed over 50 families. They also visited and gave flowering plants to people in the community, who really enjoyed their visit.

Honey Baking

You won’t BEE – lieve what we baked!
